Cindy Garber Iverson is a graphic and fine artist holding an AA in Commerical Art from Chabot College and a BA in Art History from Mills College.
Cindy's formal training began at the age of 7 when she was fortunate to have an art teacher in the public school system that taught still life sketching to 1st graders. Cindy's artistic prowess blossomed under that and other art teachers' tutelage and continued throughout her junior high and high school years. At the age of 14, her work was chosen to be her junior high school's logo for the school's I.D. cards and continued to appear on the cards for years after Cindy graduated from both junior high and high school.
Cindy's early college training in illustration, figure drawing, color theory, cartooning, graphic layout, and photography combined with her earlier training to round out her experience and more finely tune her talents.
When Cindy later pursued a degree in Art History, her studio experience served her well as she crafted her writing talent discussing the history of art.
Cindy has now chosen to combine her skills in art, writing, photography, graphic layout and computers to create the Rosehaven Cottage website and share her passions with a worldwide audience.
